The Malawi Resilience and Disaster Risk Management Project (MRDRMP) is a three-year- Project (from 1st January 2021 to 31st January 2024) being implemented by the Ministry of Water and Sanitation working in corroboration with departments from other ministries such as the Department of Disaster Management (DODMA), and various departments in the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). The Project works with district councils, PMU and all potential beneficiaries. It also involves the participation of other service providers on the ground involved in flood risk management under the Shire River Basin Project.
