The Department of Irrigation conducted its annual Departmental Review meeting to review the financial year of 2023/2024. The meeting was held in Blantyre at Malawi Sun Hotel on 19th and 20th July.
Launch of the National Irrigation Policy 2024
The Honourable Minister of Agriculture, Samuel Dalitso Kawale, officially launched three policies on 4 December 2024: the National Agriculture Policy, the Agriculture Land Resources Management Policy, and the National Irrigation Policy at BICC in Lilongwe.
